Well that's a very American Republican thing of you to say. We have a corrections system in Canada, not gulag system as they do in the US.
That's nonsense, 9:44. Latimer hasn't been corrected: he expresses no remorse, he does not acknowledge that what he did was wrong, and he would not say that he wouldn't do the same thing again.
That's not at all "corrected."
I second your amen. It shocks me that so few people get this.
